Operations Specialist

Role Description

The Project Operations Specialist will brainstorm operation plans with colleagues and coordinate the media, publicity and executional deliverables for client’s and company products. Coordinating contents, designs (Creative team) and marketing deliverables (Social Media Team) and execute roadshows and events to generate potential leads for clients.

The specialist will actively email and follow up with potential merchants in taking up client's product and executing roadshow/events for our clients.

Specific Responsibilities

Project Operations Specialist shall proactively involved in:

• Conceptualize project executional plans as a team

• Coordinating electronic direct mailers and social media campaigns with creative team.

• Carrying out project and marketing operations

Competencies

• Understanding the projects elements and execute the deliverables set together with project department.

• Coordinating inhouse eDMs with creative for clients inline with projects

• Attracting and soliciting buyers (clients) via social and traditional media

• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize work and meet expected deadlines

• Hosting and inviting of media partners for event (onsite)

• Project planning, execution

• Compiling of post project & media report preparation

Required Qualification: Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Required Years of Experience: 1 year

Working Hours:

5 days work week (Monday to Friday)

Additional Remuneration:

Mobile allowances + attractive commission
